We are always looking to expand our team of instructors at Mathnasium of Guildford.

Mathnasium is a math-only learning centre that offers both math help and enrichment to students in grades 2-12. We teach math to children in a fun, confidence-building environment. Each student in our program receives a customized Learning Plan based on our proprietary teaching material. Make a difference in a child’s life through your passion for math!

Mathnasium is currently looking for individuals who are exceptional at math and love teaching kids. We love math and are looking for enthusiastic tutors to help kids understand math like never before!

BENEFITS OF WORKING AT MATHNASIUM:

Training: We offer training in the proprietary Mathnasium Method.

Students: You will work with a variety of students at different grade levels. All work is done at the Mathnasium Centre, so you have no homework to correct or lesson plans to develop.

Career Path: Starting as an Instructor you can progress within the centre to become a Lead Instructor, Assistant Centre Director, or Centre Director!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional Math skills.
High motivation, commitment and enthusiasm.
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to professionally interact with students and parents.
Enjoys working in a team.

Hours include mid-afternoon through early evening.

Compensation: $17.40 - $17.75 per hour

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing Canada, Inc. ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee centre is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their centre. If you are hired to work at a centre, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
